Bought Zootopia and this handsome tiger’s outfit reminded me of Bucky’s fugitive getup. Then was further inspired by a Cory Loftis concept drawing of a deer, so Steve! Yes, I know it’s pretty hilarious Cap is a big buck and not, well, Bucky. But I fell in love with the idea of Bucky being a predator and Steve being prey and IT’S DEEP OKAY.

Summary: Escaped gladiator slave Iacomus discovers a new path in life as a guardian of a mysterious glade and it’s equally godlike inhabitor, Stephanos, the river god of the Aneine River. With Stephanos’ intercession, he learns to live a life outside of slavery with the help of Artemis, Ares, Demeter, and many other Greek/Roman gods. He finds his purpose in helping Stephanos protect the river from one who would cause it harm. Possibly to the death.
