Oh, Hawkeye

Hawkeye always blames Loki and mind control for what happened.

[found at Cheezburger]

And the truth is that Hawkeye did like Loki quite a bit!

[by randyslashtoons (Randy Meeks)]

But even after the mind control ended, Hawkeye continued to fuck Loki at every opportunity. "For revenge," he said.

["Who's the bitch now, huh?"

Don't tell the wife.

Loki the Bookworm

Unlike Thor, Loki loves books and loves to read.

[by ourryn]

But it's not true that he always has his nose in a book.

[by kibbitzer]

Sometimes he takes breaks on his own initiative.

[by xjapanda]

And sometimes he is persuaded to take a break by someone who wants his undivided attention.

Red Cape Series Redux

Loki with Thor's red cape . . . sometimes Thor is present out of frame and sometimes he's not. Either way, just having that red cape next to his body gets Loki hot.

And puttng his red cape on or under Loki's body gets Thor hot too.

Loki's Version

Loki sees the Thor/Avengers movies VERY differently than anyone else, of course. In Loki's mind, no one understands or empathizes with him.

[found here]

And then he was bullied!

But Loki will triumph in the next instalment, he believes. Asgard and Mjolnir will be his at last!

Happy Valentines Day

[♔] - I didn’t bring chocolates so I hope this dagger on your throat is enough incentive.

[art and caption

The perfect representation of Thor and Loki's conflicted love/hate relationship! Loki may despise sentiment, but he still shows some in his own unique way.

Portraits of Iron Man

A very fine portrait indeed of a bleeding, battle-weary Tony Stark --

Tony's got a new t-shirt!

Some real ingenuity shown here -- Tony would approve!

Thorsday Prayer

[found here]

On his weekly Sacred Day, it's time to give some respect to the God of Thunder. There are still those who honour the Old Ways.

[found here]

Some of them are downright evangelistic in their fervour --

What? A little turnabout is fair play!

Moonlighting Thor and Loki

What if The Boys had to find a second job to make ends meet on Midgard? What would they be qualified to do?

Our Tom is 35 today!

To celebrate Tom Hiddleston's 1981 birthday, here's some photos of his most recent roles over the past year.

Sir Thomas Sharpe in Crimson Peak. He was the best part of this movie!

Hank Williams in I Saw the Light. Haven't seen this in the movie theatres yet.

Jonathan Pine in The Night Manager. I'll be watching this TV series in April on AMC.

Oh, those lashes!

Dr Robert Laing in High-Rise. Looking forward to seeing this too when it plays in Canada.

Leather Daddy Thor

[gif by thorduna
excerpted from a larger work]

It was inevitable, really, that Thor's new all-leather outfit in Avengers: Age of Ultron would lead to his representation as Leather Daddy Thor --

(Randy Meeks)]

But I think we all agree . . . "yum yum yum"

[found at

Leather Daddy Thor does seem to have one fan in particular though -- who is that always hanging around in the background trying to stay near Thor's sexy leather self?

Ha ha, Steve -- BUST-ed!

Ultimate Avenger High School AU

Substituting Avenger clips as the visuals for the trailer soundtrack of the 1999 movie 10 Things I Hate About You results in the Ultimate Avenger High School AU:

Meet the Stratford sisters: pretty and popular Bianca (Tony Stark), who has never had a date; and Kat (Loki), her older sibling, an ill-tempered harridan whose acerbic wit is matched only by her steadfast determination to alienate any guy who might be remotely interested in her.

Unfortunately, strict rules in the Stratford household forbid Bianca from having a boyfriend until her odious sister has one of her own-a situation that seems highly improbable considering Kat is a social disaster. Bianca's desperation for romance turns into a convoluted scheme to match Kat with her male equivalent--a guy whose reputation is so infamous, Kat might rise to the challenge and find him worthy of her concealed charms.

Mating mayhem ensues when Patrick Verona (Thor) -- a sullen young man with a mysterious past -- is bribed by Bianca's wannabe boyfriend (Bruce Banner) to woo and win Kat, in order to clear the way for Bianca to begin dating.

Plus, since 10 Things I Hate About You is really The Taming of the Shrew in modern form, it counts as Shakespearean Legacy too!

Slashaholic Shipping Addiction, Year 2

Today is Thunderfrost Boys' second blogoversary, yay!

Carrying on last year's tradition means it is once again time to examine how my slashaholic shipping addiction is doing. Well, it's still going strong and, in fact, has started to spread.

Almost right away, this blog became more than simply a Thunderfrost blog. Within a couple of months, I started shipping Frostiron too. Loki and Tony just could not be held back!

And now this year, Thor has a new lover as well -- that nice young Steve Rogers who leads the Avengers as Captain America. Thor is bringing him out!

Yeah, baby, yeah, I ship them all and I ship them hard, just like my boys.

Same-sex love is a beautiful thing.
